Booking Confirmation & Retainer

To secure your date, a 40% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining 60% of your total fee (including HST) will be divided into scheduled instalments. This ensures your day is officially reserved and allows me to dedicate my full focus to creating your story.

Cancellations

If plans change and you need to cancel, any monies paid are non-refundable. However, your collection fee will be held as a credit, available for future use on the same or other services. This way, your investment in capturing meaningful moments is never lost.

Postponement

Life happens, and dates sometimes need to shift. If you need to reschedule your wedding, elopement, or session, I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability. Should the new date work, your retainer will be transferred, keeping your investment secure and your day protected.

Bookings are finalized by a binding contract, which includes a non-refundable retainer of 40%. The remaining 60% of the total fee (HST or applicable taxes included) will be divided into instalments.

Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice and can be conveniently made through your preferred method of debit or credit card.

Additional Coverage

Your day is unique, and sometimes a little extra time can make all the difference. Wedding coverage may be extended by mutual agreement to ensure every meaningful moment is captured.

For additional hours beyond your original agreement, a custom hourly rate of $400 + HST applies. If a second photographer is part of your package, their rate will also apply for any extra time required.

Add-ons

These include albums, prints, or follow-up sessions—are available and will be invoiced separately under a standalone contract, giving you flexibility to enhance your story exactly as you’d like.

All images remain my intellectual property, though you’re welcome to download, share, and print them for personal enjoyment. For anything beyond personal use—such as commercial or promotional purposes—please reach out so we can discuss proper permissions. This ensures your memories are beautifully preserved while respecting the creative work behind them.

Your images are curated and edited with care. Delivery times may vary, but you can expect sneak peeks shortly after your day and a full gallery within the timeline outlined in your contract (typically 6–8 weeks, season dependent).

Your images are delivered digitally in high resolution, ready to download, share, and print.

I love to travel. It can be by foot, in a plane, in a boat, on a bike or in a car – your day could take me anywhere.

Travel fees may apply for locations outside my standard area, including flights, accommodations, or transportation. These will be included in your estimate upfront so there are no surprises.

Wherever your day unfolds—mountain top, lakeside, or far-off city—I’m excited to be there.

Nature is beautiful, but sometimes unpredictable. For outdoor weddings or elopements, I’ll discuss backup plans or alternative schedules in advance. Safety and comfort come first—rain, snow, or shine, we’ll make the day memorable.

I take care to document your day safely and responsibly. Clients are responsible for providing safe conditions for any activity, hike, or adventure. I cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances that occur during your day.
